How to Get the Student Card (KTM)

  • Make sure you have updated your biodata and uploaded documents at https://students.unpad.ac.id/peserta/ to be able to make payments for education fees to Unpad’s bank partners.

  • Make payments for education fees to the bank.

  • Student Identification Number (NPM) will be issued after students make payments for education fees.

  • Students access the page https://students.unpad.ac.id/peserta Using the Username in the form of the participant number that has been submitted in the email. In the form of 10 numeric digits (eg: 9820100xxx). The password uses the date of birth in the format (dd/mm/yyyy), but currently uses the standard format, namely: 08/17/1945.

  • Access the “Upload Registration Document” menu.

  • Students upload a color photo measuring <1 MB, in JPG format. By clicking the “Select File” button, then select the photo file on your device. After uploading properly, click the “Finish” button.

  • After uploading, students access the “Registration Proof” menu to get the digital version of the KTM file. Then click the “Download Digital Student Card” button. Then the Unpad KTM will appear. If the digital KTM does not appear perfectly, please wait 30 seconds or exit the application and log in again then access the KTM. To get a digital file from the KTM, take a screenshot of the KTM display and save it in .JPG format

  • After the digital KTM is saved, the next step that students must do is register a PAuS ID account. PAuS ID is an authentication system with Single Sign-on technology (or commonly called SSO) using the Oauth 2.0 protocol to allow users to use various services at Padjadjaran University using only one user account called the PAuS Name.

  • The digital KTM is only valid for 1 (one) semester, and will be extended if necessary.

  • The physical KTM issued by the Bank will be printed in stages. The distribution procedure for physical KTM will be announced later

 

How to Get the Student Email

 

  • Students are required to register for a Padjadjaran Authentication System (PAuS) account on the page https://paus.unpad.ac.id/ 

  • Select the registration menu for students

  • Fill in the requested data accordingly

  • Re-access paus.id to validate the data

  • Students are required to activate their Unpad email on the page https://paus.unpad.ac.id/.

  • After registering for paus.id and activating their Unpad email, students will get a username to be able to log in to the page http://students.unpad.ac.id, where the page functions to find out the Study Plan Card (KRS) and find out the Lecture Schedule.
