Unpad Visiting Grant

The Unpad Visiting Grant is a support program for students from partner universities or institutions of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) to participate in academic, research, or internship activities for one semester at Unpad. The program aims to enhance international academic collaboration, provide cross-cultural learning, and expand Unpad’s global network. This program is part of the Equity Program (Enhancing Quality Education for International University Impacts and Recognition) – World Class University at Universitas Padjadjaran, funded by Kemendiktisaintek and LPDP.

Overview

The Unpad Visiting Grant is a support program for students from official partner universities or institutions of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad)It allows these students to participate in academic, research, or internship activities for one semester at UnpadThe program aims to enhance international academic collaboration, provide cross-cultural learning experiences, and expand Unpad’s global network.

Benefits:

    • Accommodation allowance of up to IDR 3,000,000 per month, for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
    • Access to academic and research facilities at Unpad.
    • Administrative assistance during the stay.
    • Note: The program does not cover airfare or visa-related expenses.
  • Application Deadline (Extended): December 30, 2025 (for inbound mobility programs scheduled between November 2025 – July 2026).

Target Participants & Eligibility:

  • International students from officially partnered universities or institutions.
  • Must be an active student at their home institution during the program.
  • Completed at least 3 semesters (undergraduate) or 1 semester (postgraduate).
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
  • Must demonstrate interest in relevant activities and possess sufficient English or Indonesian language proficiency.
  • Agree to comply with the Unpad International Student Code of Conduct.

 

Required Documents:

  • Completed personal and academic data form.
  • Certificate of Enrollment and a Nomination/Recommendation Letter from the home university.
  • Endorsement Letter from the host faculty/unit at Unpad.
  • Motivation Letter / Personal Statement (500 words).
  • Academic Transcript (as specified above).
  • Description and Timeline of proposed activities (1-2 pages).
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Proof of English Proficiency (or an exemption letter).
  • Signed Unpad International Student Code of Conduct.
  • Copy of Passport valid for at least 12 months.
