Study Permit
Required Documents for Study Permit Application
- Study permits are usually only required for longer term students (more than 3 months), and not required for summer course program participants (1-2 weeks).
- Scanned copy of the study permit application letter for foreign students from the University, addressed to the Director of Institutional Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology.
- Information regarding the study program and personal data.
- Scanned copy of Diploma or Academic Transcript.
- Scanned copy of passport (Minimum validity is dependent on length of stay).
- Scanned copy of a statement letter stating that the applicant:
- Will not work while studying in Indonesia.
- Will not participate in political activities
- Will comply with the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Scanned copy of a statement letter from a guarantor or sponsor during the study period.
- Scanned copy of a financial guarantee letter.
- Scanned copy of a health certificate (Maximum 2 months).
- Scanned copy of a passport-sized color photograph.
Additional Documents for Exchange Students
- Scanned copy of the Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement (MoU/MoA) between the relevant Universities.
