[unpad.ac.id, 19/5/2020] The Universitas Padjadjaran Department of Mathematics distributed donations to two ECE schools in Hegarmanah Village, Jatinangor, donating masks and operational funds as part of the implementation of community service programs conducted by the Unpad Mathematics Department.
Aid was handed over symbolically by Unpad Mathematics Lecturer Herlina Napitupulu, PhD, to Acting Head of Hegarmanah Village, Agus Sobarna at the Hegarmanah Village Office, Jatinangor, Monday (18/5). Providing this assistance is a routine agenda of the Department of Mathematics to a number of ECE schools and Public Reading Rooms around Jatinangor.
“This assistance is given every semester in the form of infrastructure and operational funding for ECE schools and Public Reading Rooms,” Herlina explained.
Each ECE school received 60 masks and Rp 1,000,000 towards operational assistance. A total of 40 masks were also given to Hegarmanah Village. Additionally, the Department also provided compensation to several RW (community associations) in Hegarmanah Village.
