A glance of Alzahra University
Alzahra university is an exclusive university for women that provides higher education with focus on educating learned and lively women. This university was established in 1964 as “Girls’ College” and now they gradually grew and have 10 faculties.
This university is located in the heart of Tehran, Iran, and has a very quick access to many universities, cultural centers, cinemas, theaters, medical centers, and restaurants.
It offers full postgraduate degree scholarships for qualified applicants, and 50% discount for tuition fee.

*Alzahra university is not able to accept any admission in computer engineering department because it has reached its full capacity.
- Qualification of Alzahra university scholarship
– The applicant preferably shouldn’t be born in Iran.
– The applicant preferably has not completed his previous studies in Iran.
– The applicant should be an outstanding figure or faculty member in their respective countries or having high marks And high academic backgrounds.
– The programs are conducted in Persian and English and in case the students are not eligible, they will be introduced to AZFA in order to learn Persian language. The students are interviewed in English to ensure their qualification for attending the programs conducted in English. Having the TOEFL score of 6.5 is required for attending the programs conducted in English language.
– In some certain fields of study, the applicants are required to pass special practical tests at discretion of related department and faculty members.
Condition of learning Persian’s language
* The proficiency level of each learner will be evaluated before attending the Programs.
* At the end of the Programs, after proficiency test, learners will receive their certificate.
Accommodation fee charge for international students
* These tuition fees are determined by the welfare fund’s tariff and there is possibility to change. It will be uploaded on the IAC’s site as soon as it is approved.

- Required documents
– Academic certificate and transcripts sealed and confirmed by the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran in the country of the applicant

– Two recommendation letters from professors in the previous courses (Specifically for applicant in Master’s or Ph.D. program)
– Scientific resume of the applicant (as well as applicant’s published papers and proposal – specifically for Ph.D. applicants)
– Personal photo
– Images of all pages of the passport
– Registration in the “General Qualification Website” of Non-Iranian Students’ Affairs Organization in: www.saorg.ir

– Start registering and fill in the blanks completely, correctly, and carefully
