The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is a scholarship offered by Science Po University in France. The scholarship welcomes the best international students from outside the European Union. The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is awarded to top students whose profiles match the admissions priorities of Sciences Po and the individual course requirements.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Science Po offers 27 two-years master\u2019s degree programs such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in public affairs<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in international economic policy<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in economic law<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in regional urban strategy<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in communications, media, and creative industry<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in journalism<\/p>\n

and other programs<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is\u00a0awarded to students arriving at Sciences Po for their first year of study.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Emile Boutmy program can take two\u00a0different forms<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A grant of \u20ac10,000 per year to cover tuition fees for the two years of Master\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A tuition grant of\u00a0\u20ac5,000 per year for the two years Master\u2019s degree.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you do not validate your academic year, your scholarship will be lost.<\/p>\n

If you have been granted a scholarship and you decide to defer your admission, your scholarship will be lost<\/p>\n

Students who are not eligible<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidates who have dual citizenship, including an EU citizenship<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ph.D. program students (thesis)<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidates for the 1 year Master’s programmes<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor dual degree candidates (unless as part of a specific agreement)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Candidates who are currently in deferral can apply to the Emile Boutmy scholarship if they are in one of the following situations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 They did not apply for this scholarship in their application form<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 They had applied and obtained this scholarship last year but lost it due to the deferral<\/p>\n

Candidates who received a conditional offer of admission are also eligible.<\/p>\n

In order to apply to the Emile Boutmy Scholarship, please send an email to the Admissions Department\u00a0<\/strong>by a form provided by the department\u00a0before the deadline<\/strong>\u00a0using the subject\u00a0\u201cCandidates with a conditional offer of admission and candidates currently in deferral\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>and include the following information:<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Indicate the country in which you are resident for tax purposes 1<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Indicate the country in which you are resident for tax purposes 2 (optional)<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Total annual income (in euros) from two years before<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Number of dependent children in the household (including yourself)<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If any of your siblings are currently pursuing higher education<\/p>\n

Please also attach to your email the following\u00a0documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n
