UTSIP provides hands-on research internship opportunities in the fields of natural sciences and social sciences, offers lectures from the world-leading researchers at GSFS, and provides scholarship and accomodations.<\/p>\n

All participants will be assigned to a laboratory in which he\/she is interested to work and will conduct a research project under the guidance of a faculty member or senior graduate students. Participants will also experience Japanese culture and world-leading Japanese technology through weekend events and a field trip.<\/p>\n

This program is provided for :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Those who are registered in undergraduate study at an overseas university throughout the entire duration of UTSIP program<\/li>\n
  2. Those who are interested in matriculating to graduate level study at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences or other graduate schools at The University of Tokyo, or elsewhere in Japan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2016 UTSIP will offer two different program schedules.<\/p>\n

    Program A will be started on \u00a0June 6 (Mon) to July 15 (Fri), 2016<\/p>\n

    and\u00a0Program B on June 27 (Mon) to August 5 (Fri), 2016<\/p>\n
