The deadline for submission of pre-proposals is January 15, 2016. Details for pre-proposal submission are provided below.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase 2:<\/strong>\u00a0If invited to submit a full proposal, applicants will be notified by the National Academies around February 29, 2016.
