Bernard explained the development of the\nquality of Human Resources (HR) became one of the vision and mission of his\nleadership. Mainly preparing for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) experts in\ntheir fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responding to the collaboration plan, Prof.\nRina said, Unpad is ready to help to improve the quality of human resources at\nMaybrat. “We are ready to help, whether, through education or training, we\nare ready to fulfill it,” said Prof. Rina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Related to further study opportunities,\nProf. Rina encouraged education collaboration to cover all fields of science at\nUnpad. Not only related to public administration, but Unpad also opened the\nopportunity for Maybrat Regency Government to get a variety of education and\ntraining in other fields of science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“When other fields are needed, let’s\nsay a training to prevent stunting or makes a financial information system, go\nahead. Later, FISIP can involve lecturers or professionals in other fields,\n“she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to education, Unpad also opens\na research collaboration with Maybrat Regency Government. These various studies\ncan be one aspect to improve the quality of human resources in Maybrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
