The event took place in Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata Unpad, Jl. (Photo: Arief Maulana) <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In his oration, Jonan explained challenges and\nefforts regarding how energy, especially water and electricity, has the\npotential to provide welfare to all Indonesians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor us in the ESDM ministry, the capabilities\nthat we have can be utilized for others\u2019 welfare, for the welfare of us all,\u201d\nJonan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The effort to realize the equitable energy\nslogan is the implementation of the fifth principle (<em>sila<\/em>) of Pancasila, which reads \u201csocial justice to all Indonesians\u201d\n(<em>keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat\nIndonesia<\/em>). This effort is shown in all public services and development\nprograms in the ESDM Ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In regards to the electricity, Jonan explained\nthe hope of the Indonesian Government is to provide electricity to all\nIndonesians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe government wants an additional 35.000 MW\npower plant. The spirit is not to build more, rather the spirit is to serve\nmore Indonesians, everyone that lives from Sabang to Merauke.
