Speakers included Indonesian\nHypnotherapy Instructor Dr. Jiemi Ardian, Sp.KJ., lecturer at the Faculty of\nPsychology Unpad Hari Setyowibowo, M.Psi., as well as representatives from the\nDirectorate of Prevention and Control of Mental and Drug Health Problems of the\nIndonesian Ministry of Health, Dr. Lina Regina Mangaweang, Sp.KJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMental health is very important for students. Not only\nphysical health, but also psychological and mental health,\u201d said Hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hari explained that sometimes someone may want to be away\nfrom the crowd. \u201cBeing alone does not mean loneliness, but one thing that needs\nto be instilled is \u2018Alone, I&#8217;m fine. With you, I am better.\u2019 This means that we\nneed other people but we shouldn\u2019t become dependent on others,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Jiemi said that health does not only concern\nphysical matters, but one must also be mentally healthy and have healthy\nrelationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding extreme mood changes, Jiemi explained that this\nprocess is naturally experienced by humans. We should not immediately judge\nthat this change is a negative thing. However, when these changes interfere\nwith normal activities, it becomes a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe changes in mood that someone feels, if it disrupts a\nperson from performing normal activities, can be a sign of a psychiatric\ndisorder,\u201d explained Jiemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In supporting mental health education in the community, the\nIndonesian Ministry of Health intensively conducts socialization to disseminate\ninformation about mental health to the community.
