It is intended\nto prepare students towards disaster risk happening in Pangandaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This simulation is guided by four lecturers from the\nEmergency and Crisis Department of the Faculty of Nursing who are also\nadministrators of the West Java Indonesian Emergency and Disaster Association,\nYanny Trisyani Ph.D. Etika Emaliyawati M.Kep., Ayu Prawesti M.Kep., and Ristina\nMirwanti M.Kep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other than guidance from Faculty of Nursing lecturers the\nsimulation also involve the level 2 Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD)\nin Pangandaran region, the police, life guard, and the Pangandaran health\ncenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the release received by Unpad\u2019s Public Communication\nOffice, the simulation done included disaster-handling on pregnant women,\ndrowning victims, and refugees. In this case, the public around the beach also\ntook part in the simulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The handling started with categorizing the victims according\nto severity.
