Met between his activities, Director of Education and\nStudent Affairs Prof. Dr. Wawan Hermawan, M.S. said that there is no\nsignificant difference between this year\u2019s administrative registration and the\nprevious year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere is no significant difference on this [year\u2018s\nregistration] with the previous year\u2019s. Only the layout [is different],\u201d spoke\nProf. Wawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The administrative registration will hopefully be in order\nand not take too long. The service itself is held from 8 AM to 3 PM WIB (UTC+7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe place we have prepared is enough so the queue will not\ntake too long. A person will take at most 10 minutes from the 20 tables we have\nprepared,\u201d said Prof. Wawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Told by Prof. Wawan, from 259 Bidikmisi grantees, 47\nparticipants must redo their verification. This is done to make sure that the\nprogram hits its target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe have to recheck 47 people to make sure that [the program\nis] right on target,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the administrative registration, participants verified\ntheir data, had their pictures taken, until they get their student ID that can\nalso be used as e-money. Other than that, the committee also prepared a\nhelpdesk for participants with technical difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAdministrative registration is done to make sure that the\ndocuments they\u2019ve uploaded are correct. If it\u2019s already correct, they\nadministratively get a student number and is officially an Unpad student,\u201d\nspoke the Secretary of the Director of Education and Student Affairs Aji\nSasongko, S.Pd., M.Si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aji also asked the new students to actively check Unpad\u2019s\nofficial website for further information regarding important announcements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey also have to be active and check Unpad\u2019s website, just\nin case there\u2019s an important information that they must know,\u201d said Aji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
