[unpad.ac.id, 05\/08\/2019] The Universitas Padjadjaran Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Arry Bainus, M.A., reminded participants who had passed the SNMPTN to complete their administrative registration. Those who have passed the SNMPTN will not be able to register for the SBMPTN. The system will automatically block participants if discovered that they are attempting to register for the SBMPTN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When met by the Unpad Public Communication Office in his\noffice on Wednesday (8\/5), Dr. Arry said that this policy is an agreement made\nbetween several Indonesian university rectors and the Higher Education Entrance\nTest Institute (LTMPT) as an independent institution that organizes university\nentrance examinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRead the provisions clearly, the LTMPT has already stated [the\nconditions], which is backed by the decision of the Rectors from the Indonesian\nHigher Education Rector Council (MRPTNI),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even so, some participants also took the Computer Based Writing Exam (UTBK). This is permitted under the condition that the UTBK value cannot be used as a basis for registering for the SBMPTN. \u201cEven if the UTBK score is high and there is the potential for the participant to enter their desired study program, if they have passed the SNMPTN, then they must take the SNMPTN (option),\u201d added Dr. Arry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, continued Dr. Arry, participants are required to accept\nthe results of the SNMPTN. If ignored, then the participant will not have\nanother chance at the SBMPTN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIn short, don’t waste your chances. Because the SNMPTN choice\nis a pertinent choice, too,\u201d said Dr. Arry. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n
