In a short\nperiod of time, Rizki finished his doctoral studies in Unpad Faculty of Law in\n3 years. He wrote a dissertation about the difference in the defaulting\nparadigm with law breaking actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAs we\nknow, in default paradigm practice, it creates an uncertainty in law. I think\nit needs further research in the mutual characteristics of defaulting with\nactions against the law, so there will be no dichotomy,\u201d explained Rizki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Business\nlaw is Rizki\u2019s concentration since he was a student in the Unpad Magister of\nLaw program in the Faculty of Law. To further his knowledge, he focused on\ncases on business law in his dissertation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For that\nreason, the man born on October 1st<\/sup> 1982 in Bandung is determined to\nfinish his doctorate studies well until he graduated with Cum Laude <\/em>predicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite his\nlimitations, Rizki is optimistic that it doesn\u2019t bar him to keep on learning. All\nthis time, the husband of Norma Juwita studied by scanning textbooks and other\nlecture materials. Then, he reads it with a screen reader application on his\nlaptop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Day by day,\nRizki is a law advocate. He mostly handles cases from companies. He has handled\nmany companies as his client.
