The award was directly given by Governor of West Java, M. Ridwan Kamil, to the Unpad\u2019s Vice Rector of\nResearch, Community Service, Partnership, and Academic Corporation; Dr. Keri Lestari, M.Si., Apt. in the event \u201cLiteration Festival\n2019\u201d that was held to\ncelebrate World Book Day and Kartini Day at the yard of Gedung Sate, Bandung,\nSaturday (20\/4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Keri explained, Unpad\u2019s\nactive effort in handing over printed and recorded works to Dispusipda is in\nharmony with Law No. 13 Year 2018 about the Handover of Printed Works and\nRecorded Works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The printed and recorded works handed over includes various\nintellectual works published in printed, audio, and audio visual forms. The\nactivity is meant as a form of\nconservation of the works from natural and human threats, so the national collection\ncould be formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this award, Dr. Keri hopes that the handover process of printed and\nrecorded works will be encouraged. \u201cThis is too immortalize from what has been\ndone to be Unpad\u2019s track record,\u201d said Dr. Keri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She continues, the printed and recorded works is proof that\nUnpad has done its strategic program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the future, said Dr. Keri, Unpad must be more active in\ngiving constructive information to the public. For that, other than scientific\nworks, Unpad will also handover popular printed and recorded works to the\npublic for what they have done all this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis is motivation for us to build a better brand for\nUnpad,\u201d she told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
