We expect to get highly performing and competent human\nresources, who have the spirit to develop themselves, and have readiness to\nundergo change,&#8221; said the Head of the Human Resources Bureau of the\nIndonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Ari Hendrarto\nSaleh, S.E, M.Sc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ari conveyed this\nduring his speech as a keynote speaker at the National Seminar, 2019 Civil\nService Conference held at Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata Unpad, Dipati Ukur 35,\nBandung, Wednesday (24\/4) and Thursday (25\/4). The event was officially opened\nby Unpad Deputy Chancellor for Finance and Resources, Prof. Arief Sjamsulaksan\nKartasasmita, Dr., Sp.M (K), M. Kes., PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ari said, with\ntalent management, organizations are expected to have human resources with the\ncharacter &#8220;4C3S&#8221;, consisting of critical thinking skills, creative\n(creativity), communicative (communication), collaboration (collaboration),\nsmart (smart), firm (solid), and agile (speed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ari also explained,\nthere are three main processes that occur in talent management. First, look for\nand attract the best human resources that have the potential, competence, and\ncommitment to work for the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second is about\nefforts to develop the best potential employees, both newly joined and existing\nin the company. Third, develop and preserve the best employees that already\nexist in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Human resources\nmanagement in organizations are usually only carried out by division or\nstaffing. In the future, all leadership lines need to play a role. The event took the theme &#8220;The Role of Talent Management to Realize a Professional State Civil Apparatus in Facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0&#8221;. <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This\nconference is expected to increase the role of functional positions of the\nCivil Service and Executive Position Analysts in the efforts of the\nprofessionalism of the State Civil Apparatus and the development of human\nresources for sustainable development of Indonesia,&#8221; said the Chairperson\nof the Seminar on Civil Service Conference 2019, Leni Rohida, S.Sos., M.Sc .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also present as\nspeakers were the Head of the State Civil Service Agency&#8217;s Competency\nAssessment Center, Dr. Purwanto, Deputy of Human Resources of the Republic of\nIndonesia Ministry of Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB)\nApparatus, Dr. Ir. Setiawan Wangsaatmaja, Dipl. SE, M.Eng, Director of Career\nand HR Competency at the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education\nRI, Prof. Dr. Bunyamin Maftuh, M.Pd, M.A, Head of the Center for Functional\nEmployment of the State Personnel Agency, Dr. Herman, M.Sc, and Chairperson of\nthe Indonesian Staff Analyst Professional Association, H. Jono, S.Sos, M.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was attended\nby 649 participants from various agencies from all across Indonesia.
