Farah Fadhilah, a student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the Universitas Padjadjaran won third place at the “3rd ASEAN University Fencing Championship 2019” held at Nilai University, Malaysia, March 7-10 2019. * <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
In the competition, Farah managed to get a\nbronze medal in the number of female Degen matches with 13 participants. Farah\nmanaged to enter the semifinals after winning the match against Malaysian\nrepresentative, Princess Nurfatihah with a score of 15-9. However, Farah’s\nsteps was stopped as she had to acknowledge the toughness of the Cambodian\nrepresentative, Nich Sorn, with a score of 8-15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Farah is very glad for being a representative\nof Universitas Padjadjaran in her first international championship, especially\nto be able to bring home a medal. Previously, Farah managed to get a silver\nmedal in the Fencing Championship between Indonesian Students held at the\nJakarta State University on November 26, 2018. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n
