Chancellor of\nUniversitas Padjadjaran, Prof. Tri Hanggono Achmad hopes that what has been\nbuilt so far would become a strong foundation for Unpad to consistently provide\nthe best for this nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“We all\nencourage it in the rules that we are servants for the people of the nation. We\nserve the best for the country,” said the Chancellor when delivering the\n2015-2019 Rector’s Performance Report before the Academic Senate and\nProfessor’s Council at Bale Sawala, Jatinangor campus, Unpad Rector Building,\nTuesday (9\/4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chancellor said\nthat togetherness is a necessity to be able to face various challenges.\nChallenges need to be faced by making the Unpad Principal Scientific Pattern\n(PIP) “Prominent Law and Environment in National Development” as a\nlocomotive in an effort to build academic strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflection of\nUnpad’s performance in recent times, the Chancellor also delivered a number of\nUnpad achievements in the field of development, including human resource\ndevelopment programs, development of inter and trans-platform information\nsystems, efficient infrastructure management, improved quality of governance\nand institutions, improved quality of the pharmacy-oriented PIP, developing a\nnumber of superior innovations, strengthening collaboration with strategic\npartners, and accountable, transparent and efficient financial independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside the\ninstitution, the Chancellor also explained a number of Unpad contribution toward\nthe development of West Java. Programs that have been carried out include the\nUnpad-West Java Strategic Alliance (ASUP Jabar), the affirmation program\n“Unpad Nyaah ka Jabar”, Professor Entering Village, and Academic Health\nSystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chancellor\nsaid, all efforts made were shared contributions that he wanted them to not\nonly to benefit the nation, but for humanity throughout the world. It is also\nexpected that Unpad can provide a better future for the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Hopefully our\nalma mater can be of use, not only for West Java residents, but for the nation\nand humanity in the whole world, “the Chancellor hoped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On this occasion,\nthere were also greetings from the seventh Unpad Rector, Prof. Dr. Yuyun\nWirasasmita, M.Sc., Chairman of the Unpad Academic Senate, Prof. H. Oekan\nSoekotjo Abdoellah, MA., Ph.D. and Chairperson of the Board Professor Prof. Dr.\nSutyastie Soemitro Remi, S.E., M.S. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n
