Head of Tracer Study and Career Development Center (TSCDC)\nUnpad Dr. Romasia Mita Amalia, M.Hum., said, this event is a hack marathon\ncompetition intended to find a digital development solution focused on\nstrengthening Unpad\u2019s Career Development Center (CDC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this competition, participants are encouraged to\nsolve a problem and give their solution and innovation to the development of\nCDC Unpad\u2019s mobile application. This solution is expected to develop the application\nto be more comprehensive and capable of including all Unpad alumni at a global\nscale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUnpad has alumni spread all over Indonesia and abroad,\u201d she\nadded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Held for two days, the participants were faced against\nseveral stages of the competition. On the first day, participants were divided\ninto ten groups. The grouping was done so that a synergic collaboration in\ndeveloping a digital product from zero to prototype or minimum viable product\n(MVP) could happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the second day, participants were asked to present the\nprototype in front of the judges. The winner of Unpad Hackathon Weekend is\ndetermined based on a number of criteria; innovation and concept, creativity\nand application design, value added or benefit for users, use of technology,\nits impact to the academic society, and the implementation potential of the\napplication in 1-2 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Unpad Hackathon weekend was opened by Unpad\u2019s Vice\nRector of Governance, Planning, and Information System Dr. Sigid Suseno,\nM.Hum., Unpad\u2019s Director of Governance and Public Communication Aulia\nIskandarsyah, PhD, and Telkomsel\u2019s West Java Sales General Manager Agustiyono\nin Bale Santika Unpad, Jatinangor, Friday (22\/3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
