By becoming a pioneer, the PNF is expected to be\na barometer of similar legal competitions that will be held by other\nuniversities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe PNF raises ideas, themes, and new and fresh competitions that challenge\nparticipants to explore as much as possible their knowledge of law, especially notarial law. In the first\nevent this year, PNF held a deed making competition, a notary practice simulation, and\na public lecture,\u201d said Fansharry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PNF&#8217;s main series of activities include legal competitions\ninvolving teams consisting of\nMasters of Notarial Law students from\nacross Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the deed making competition and notary practice simulation,\nparticipants are required to create new notions that will be useful for the notary profession in the\nfuture. During the first stage \u2013 or the preliminary round \u2013 participants form a Legal Opinion (LO) and a deed in the form of\na document\nbased on a predetermined case study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This document will be assessed by judges consisting of Masters of Notarial Law\nand FH Unpad, the leading academics and legal practitioners in Indonesia, as well as the Indonesian\nNotary Association (INI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the simulation session there shall be a question and\nanswer process from the judges to the participants. The team with the best\nscore will be the winner.
