Exit Permit Only

If you have completed your study/program at UNPAD and will return to your country, you should apply for an Exit Permit Only (EPO) at the Immigration Office, Bandung, 10 days before your return flight.

The required documents are as follows:

1. Letter from the Faculty/School addressed to the Directorate of Academics (cc to UNPAD International Office) confirming your academic status (that you have graduated);
2. Letter of Recommendation*;
3. Application Form No. 27 (provided by Immigration Office);
4. Printed Copy of Indonesian ID Card of Sponsor ITB*;
5. Printed Copy of Valid Passport;
6. Printed Copy of Valid ITAS;
7. Original Passport.
