Thaksin University has long been a well-respected institution of the historic Srinakarinwiroj University network. It is one of the Royal Thai Government public universities, and one of the few granted a measure of autonomy.

1. Citizen of ASEAN country
2. Not be more than 45 years old
3. Have obtained a Master Degree or any relevant studies
