Business Visa (C10) Service for Invited Speakers - Lecturers
With a C10 Visa, foreign nationals may engage in activities related to meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions, or similar events as speakers, lecturers, presenters, or influencers. Holders of this visa are also permitted to undertake tourism activities and visit friends or family in Indonesia.
Visa Type
The C10 Visa is a single-entry Visit Visa to Indonesia, granting an initial stay permit of up to 60 days, calculated from the date of arrival.
This stay permit:
a. may be extended several times; and
b. may be converted into a Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) with the same sponsor.
Duration of Stay
Visa holders may stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days from the date of arrival.
The stay permit:
a. may be extended multiple times;
b. allows a maximum total stay of up to 180 days.
Visa Fee (Non-Tax State Revenue / PNBP)
60-day stay permit (extendable): IDR 2,000,000
Fee components:
Visa Fee: IDR 1,000,000
Verification Fee I: IDR 1,000,000
All payments (PNBP) can be made through designated partner banks using the billing code generated in the system after the sponsor submits the visa application.

A sponsor is required to apply for this visa.
Visa Application Procedure
a. The sponsor must have an account registered at:
https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id
b. After registration and login, the sponsor may submit a C10 Visa application on behalf of the foreign applicant by preparing the following electronic documents:
- Sponsorship request letter and sponsor statement letter;
- Valid travel passport with at least 6 months validity remaining before expiration
(for holders of travel documents other than national passports—such as emergency passports, identity documents, etc.—the validity period must be at least 12 months); - Proof of sufficient financial means during the stay in Indonesia, in the form of bank statements from the last 3 months under the applicant’s or sponsor’s name, with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent in another currency;
recent color photograph (taken within the last year).
Specific Requirements
Applicants must provide:
An invitation letter from the event organizer, explaining the detailed agenda and the subject matter of the lecture, seminar, presentation, or speaking engagement.
Additional Provisions for Foreign nationals who are:
stateless persons, or
holders of travel documents other than national passports (such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre de voyage, certificate of identity, laissez-passer, or similar documents),
must additionally provide:
a. A re-entry permit to the country where the visa application is submitted; and
b. a return ticket or onward ticket to another country
(except for transportation crew members).
Visa Validity Period
The visa remains valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
If the visa is not used within this period, a new visa application must be submitted to enter Indonesia.
Please note that visa validity differs from permitted duration of stay. Applicants should check their visa document for the authorized period of stay.
Employment and Remuneration
Foreign nationals holding a C10 Visa are permitted to receive honoraria, compensation, remuneration, or similar payments from individuals or entities in Indonesia.
However, holders are not permitted to engage in employment under an employment relationship with individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
