Unpad GLOW 2025 (Global Learning Opportunities with the World)

Overview
Unpad GLOW is an initiative of Universitas Padjadjaran that supports students participating in international mobility or exchange programs for one semester. The program covers various activities such as study abroad, research, internships, and cultural exchange programs. Through Unpad GLOW, students are encouraged to broaden their global perspectives, strengthen intercultural competencies, and enhance both academic and professional development.

Funding Coverage

• Flight ticket and visa fee support (at cost): up to IDR 17,500,000 per student**
• Living allowance support: IDR 10,000,000 per student (one-time settlement allowance).

Additional support: pre-departure preparation and administrative procedures.

** In cases where ticket prices exceed the maximum allocation, Universitas Padjadjaran may, at its discretion, review additional support on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibilities
* Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of Universitas Padjadjaran
* Must be accepted into a recognized student exchange or international mobility program
* The mobility period must be a minimum of 1 month
* The program must be conducted with an overseas partner institution

Required Documents
* Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the partner institution and/or Nomination Letter from Unpad
* Recommendation Letter from respective faculty
* Proof that the program does not cover flight tickets and visa fees
* Proposed activity plan during the mobility period
* Other relevant documents (e.g., proof of registration or correspondence with the partner institution)

* Facilitate outbound student mobility and enhance Unpad’s global presence
* Equip students with international perspectives and professional skills
* Strengthen Unpad’s global partnership networks and collaboration opportunities
