Health Protocol Tightened as Unpad Adapts to New Habits

[unpad.ac.id, 15/6/2020] Universitas Padjadjaran began implementing New Behavior Adaptation (AKB) for office services in the Jatinangor campus starting Monday (15/6). Office services reopened almost 3 months after Unpad implemented a work from home system due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Unpad is integrating work from home patterns to limit the number of active employees on campus. Employees who work in offices must have a letter of assignment from the head of the work unit.

[ Strict Health Protocol ]

The standard protocols that must be obeyed by employees while in the office are to wear a mask, changing it every 4 hours so they are required to bring at least 2 masks, their own worship equipment, drinking utensils, and hand sanitizer. Employees must maintain a safe distance from others (at least 1 m). Hands must be washed frequently with soap and the workplace must be cleaned with disinfectants before and after work. Every room must be well ventilated for good air circulation.

The Unpad COVID-19 Task Force continues to monitor the condition of employees during their activities in the office. Unpad has prepared two applications for the prevention and enhancement of employee awareness of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Amari Response System (https://amari.unpad.ac.id/ or is.gd/AMARICOVID19) and COVID-19 Literacy through the Unpad online learning application at https://mooc.live.unpad.ac.id/.
