International Office Universitas Padjadjaran is here to assist you in preparing the admissions at your time in Universitas Padjadjaran. We will help in providing you useful information and programs on how to adjust yourself to the university culture, be informed about the immigration services, and recreational activities.

How can we help you?

International Students

We provide service for incoming international students including:

  • Pre-departure Information
  • Issuing Letter of Acceptance for international students (coordinating with Academic Directorate and related faculties)
  • Applying study permit to Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Indonesia
  • Applying online VKSB (Socio-Culture Visa) and VITAS (Limited Stay Permit Visa) to the Directorate of Immigration of Republic of Indonesia
  • Submitting required documents to Directorate of Immigration of Republic of Indonesia for further verification
  • Contacting Indonesian Embassy at the home country of International Students to process VKSB/VITAS (after having approval from Directorate of Immigration)
  • Arriving in Bandung
  • Orientation Programs

Student Advices & International Student Support wish to extend a warm welcome to all international students.

We are here to provide additional support such as immigration advice and orientation sessions, as well as assistance with all welfare-related topics which may help you to enjoy your time more in Indonesia. We also run information workshops about various options available to you, such as how to stay in Indonesia after your studies and how to extend your student visa in Indonesia.
