[unpad.ac.id, 15/5/2019] Universitas Padjadjaran Faculty of Communication (Fikom) students won four titles at Comminfest 2019 held in Universitas Atma Jaya, Yogyakarta, May 9th-11th.
“Comminfest 2019” is a yearly competition held by UAJ Yogyakarta. The activity brings up the theme “Destination, Develop Tourism in Communi-action” with five categories, “Artiwara”, “Broaday”, “RAC”, “The Prime”, and “Lumens”.
Unpad Faculty of Communication itself sent ten teams for four competitions, “Broaday”, “RAC”, “The Prime”, and “Lumens”. At every competition, Unpad Faculty of Communication students managed to win a title.
At the competition “Broaday”, two teams from Unpad Faculty of Communication took part. The two teams were “Alvin & Friends” comprised of three journalism students: Alvin Fajri, Alvin Rizkiansyah, and Damar; as well as the “Awakening” team comprised of three studnets: Rode Akhaya Sidauruk, Rika Pebrina Tarigan, and Monica Mulya Tjipta.
The “Broaday” competition was represented by the group “Atma Jaya Broadcasting Network”. At this competition, team “Alvin & Friends” managed to win first place.
Meanwhile the competition “RAC” is a radio broadcasting competition representing “Atma Jaya Radio”. At this competition, Fikom Unpad passed three teams, “Sunshine Radio” comprising of Wilfrida Brunoli Rosari (Communication Science) and Rebecca Eunike Siahaan (Communication Management); and team “Canggih” comprising of two students from Communication Management major: Aliya Cantika Ramadhina and Grisella Dita Fridayanti.
The next team is “Kopi Klotok” comprised of two communication science students: Savero Karamiveta Dwipayana and Fidela Alifa Shabrina. At this competition, the “Kopi Klotok” team won third place.
The third competition is “The Prime”, a competition on public relations. At this competition, Unpad Faculty of Communication sent four teams who are all from the public relations major.
The three teams are “Santabe” comprised of Siti Choerunnisa, Herke Regitadika, and Amyra Adelia; team “Andromeda” comprised of Adisty Sekar Hadayani, Aisya Rihadati, and Shafira Nada Fathia; “Maheswara” comprised of Muhammad Alfin, Evelyne Valencia, and Tiara Jasmine; and team “Ganessa” comprised of Nurul Putri Hafifah, Farah, and Sheryl Nadia Klarissa.
Team “Ganessa” won second place at the competition. Other than that, Herke Regitadika won the title Best Speaker.
Meanwhile, the “Lumens” competition is an advertising competition. At this competition, Unpad Faculty of Communication sent one team, “Kumala” comprising of two communication management students, “Amiralina Maharani Permata Negoro and Gisela Desiree Primasti. This team won third place.
