GIZ-funded project opportunity Indonesia: “Transforming Administration, Strengthening Innovation”

The project aims to enhance the capacity of the public administration in human resource management including in public service innovation. It builds on the results of the current Transforming Administration – Strengthening Innovation (TRANSFORMASI) Project, which has supported the Indonesian Government since April 2014 in this area. The German contribution to the current project is implemented directly by GIZ and has established close networks with the Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB), especially with the Deputy for Human Resources and the Deputy for Public Services. It has also maintained very close cooperation with the Directorate General for Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance. For the work on public services at subnational level, a close cooperation has been established with the Provincial Government in East Java.
All of the three fields of action of the project are to be outsourced to the firm of consultants:
1. Strategic personnel management for administrative (structural) positions
2. Career development in the field of financial management (functional positions)
3. Complaint management and innovation for improved public service delivery
The project is planned to start in April 2017. Please provide us with your latest, updated CV highlighting the references that you think best portray your capabilities to be engaged. IP Consult has been working successfully on behalf of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ and KfW) for over 30 years.
